So 2008 is over, no one has seen or heard from me in awhile, nothing new there. Went through brain surgery in sept of 08 there's pictures on here somewhere, always fun to see a big ass scar across your head and having to relearn howto do alot of things. Drawing being one of them, I've been so afraid of drawing since the operation that I haven't even started the process over, not sure why or when it's going to happen but hopefully it will be soon. Still mourning the passing of my mother 4 days before Christmas, that one hit home the hardest. You get to thinking about family everyday until you realize that your whole family is gone, as it is now I have 2 siblings, my brother and my sister. My sister was the lucky one to find my mom on a sunday night around 11 PM, after which I received a call saying my mother was dead so I rushed up their with my wife to see what was going on, their were cop cars and an ambulance there which I had to wade through to find my sister to hug and give her my heartfelt sorrow that I was feeling as well. Then I see my stepfather coming out of the room, I haven't talked to him in 6+ years so words fell silent from both of us. I still miss my mom to this day so if you have family treasure them and remember they are not always going to be there, one day you might wake up to a phone call like I did. They also diagnosed the disease I'm supposed to have in 2007 been seeing the same neurologist for about 2 years now and they are calling it "stiff persons syndrome" it's one of those 1 in a million diseases that I ended up getting and now have to deal with for the rest of my life cause there is no cure for it, there only doing testing on patients now and I'm one of the lucky guinea pigs that gets to be part of the testing. Go me!!! I suppose that I'll have to start drawing again soon as my life is part of this webpage and it's all about art. I did end up getting a camera and have been taking pictures here and there when I can so some of those might show up on my webpage at some point to fill in gaps when the mood comes to me. Hopefully everyone on here is doing ok and things are going good for you all.
